• Please return merchandise in the original manufacturer's packaging.
• Please call or e-mail us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before you return your purchase. E-mail your request including the order number to randy@shadybusiness.com. You can contact us by phone at (805) 962-5725 to get an RA number if you prefer.
• You are responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended, as Almost Free Readers can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse.

We ship all orders by USPS First Class Mail for $5.99 (up to 12 frames). Allow 5 - 8 business days for delivery. Next Day Air for $36.95 is available for all orders within the United States. Shipping to Canada, Mexico, and Europe is ONLY $9.99 via USPS International First Class.-->

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business days after the order is received and approval of credit card or receipt of payment. In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable or back-ordered we will notify you promptly, at which time you will have the option to cancel the order if you wish.
